The K4S introductory program is for 8th graders preparing to transition to high school. This 3-session Career Awareness program sets the stage for students to continue into the full program once they enter high school. Additional sessions available upon request.

90 Days of Tracking (standard)
High School Program
As students progress through grade levels, they earn "Keys" toward receiving their Career Roadmap during their Junior or Senior year.
High school students are assigned a coach and mentor to help guide them through school. Each student will receive a K4S Passport outlining their personality traits and interests. Coaches track their progress toward goals and provide personalized navigation services.
